Never fear! Click on the picture below to get one-on-one help in math, science, social studies, and English from a live tutor. This service is available in English or Spanish from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. every day. (You'll need to sign in with your Lake Villa District Library card.) BookArt Contest Winners Announced!

The library's BookArt Annual Contest for Kids celebrates reading and creativity. This year, we invited children ages 5 through 12 to draw an original bookmark that illustrates a scene or character from their favorite book. Local art teachers selected winning bookmarks from the 155 entries we received. Click here to view the winners!

Now Taking Submissions for The Write Stuff Literary Magazine!

Are you an aspiring author or artist? As of November 1, we are now taking submissions for the second edition of The Write Stuff Literary Magazine, the library's literary magazine for kids in grades 3 through 6.
