Lake Villa District Library’s music collection is top-notch and so extensive, you’re sure to find your favorite artists. 

The CD categories we offer include: Blues, Classical/Opera, Country, Folk, Gospel, Holiday, Jazz, R&B/Soul, Rock/Pop, Showtunes, and Vocal. We also have Non-fiction and Sound Effect CD’s.

 

Here are some tips for searching for music in our catalog:

 

In the Search box, type the name of the album, song, or artist/group with the words and recording. Select the default words or phrase option in the dropdown menu.

If LVDL doesn't own the particular CD you’re looking for, we may be able to obtain it through interlibrary loan or purchase it for our collection.
